My Journey

I'm qualified in Remedial & Sports Massage from Sydney and London, with clinical experience working alongside chiros, physios, osteos and myotherapists. I had a small clinic in West London for a few years and sold to another therapist (SaddleDrunk Sports Massage).

My specialisation is TMJ jaw intra oral work, helping people with TMJ jaw disorders, headaches, migraines and neck restrictions. 

My modalities include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, dry needling, kinesio taping and Stretch Therapy.  Whilst I am NOT currently teaching Stretch Therapy classes, I am happy to demonstrate and include Stretch Therapy as an adjunct to my therapy sessions.

My clients include stressed out office and or sedentary workers with neck, shoulder, back, jaw and headache pain, sciatica or tingling/numbness into fingers, tradespeople with back and shoulder issues, many healthcare professionals including doctors and athletes such as long distance runners, cyclists, triathletes, martial artists and gym junkies.

I quit corporate life over 9 years ago and have never looked back. I love what I do and feel so rewarded for making a change in peoples' lives physically and mentally. I want to help you live the best life you can - whatever that looks like!
